1. Subject of the Agreement
The purchase relates to digital, non-material files (e.g., website templates, themes, graphics) that can be downloaded directly from the Site or sent via an electronic link. As digital content provided on a non-material medium, the contract is finalized when payment is authorized.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
2.1. Payment for the Templates is accepted exclusively via the PayPal platform.
2.2. The user can pay using their PayPal balance or a credit/debit card linked to the PayPal circuit.
2.3. The transaction is secure and managed entirely by PayPal's servers; the Site does not store or have access to the user's financial data. The PayPal User Agreement and associated policies apply to all transactions.
3. Delivery and Immediate Access
3.1. As this is a digital product, access is immediate.
3.2. Upon completion of the PayPal transaction, the user will instantly receive the download link(s) for the Template(s) on the confirmation page and/or at the email address provided during checkout.
3.3. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that the email address entered is correct to guarantee receipt of the product.
4. Exclusion of Right of Withdrawal and Refunds
4.1. According to applicable consumer protection laws for digital content (e.g., the EU Digital Content Directive), the right of withdrawal (or "cooling-off period") does not apply to the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with the consumer's express prior consent.
4.2. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the user expressly agrees to the immediate performance of the service and acknowledges that, upon downloading or accessing the link, they lose their right of withdrawal.
4.3. Because the product cannot be physically "returned," we do not accept requests for refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason, including accidental purchases or subjective dissatisfaction. All sales are final.
5. Limitation of Liability and Warranty

REFUND POLICY
1. No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, which are delivered via immediate download and cannot be "returned," all sales made on Simple one Site are final.
2. Acceptance of this Policy
By completing your purchase via PayPal, you acknowledge and agree that:
You will receive instant access to the digital files.
You waive your right to a refund or withdrawal once the download link has been accessed or sent.
No "cooling-off" period applies to these digital goods under current consumer laws for immediate-access content.
3. Technical Issues
If you experience a technical problem with the file (e.g., a corrupted link or a missing file), please contact us within 48 hours of purchase. We will ensure you receive a functional copy of the product as soon as possible.
4. Exceptions
Refunds will only be considered in the rare case of a duplicate purchase made by mistake (e.g., buying the exact same template twice in two separate transactions).
LICENSING

4. Ownership
